Mr. Fabio Tagliavia
President

Fabio Tagliavia has more than 20 years of experience in the shipping industry. He started working in a shipping agency /brokering in 1984. In 1989 he passed recognition of Ship Agent and Broker under the Italian Law.

In 1991 he graduated from University of Genova /Italy with a National qualification of Master in Navel Architecture and Mechanical Engineering.

Before joining ISHIMA, Mr. Fabio worked for the Italian Classification Society (RINA) where he started as a surveyor up to latest position in 1998 as Area Manager for Korea and Japan.

In 2001 Mr. Fabio has joined d'Amico Group with the position of Technical Director. In 2005, within d'Amico Organization, he joined as President of the working group to set up ISHIMA Pte Ltd and later /to now he has been appointed as Managing Director.

Mr. Danilo Raffa
Managing Director

Danilo Raffa has been with the business since 1985 and has more than 25 years of experience in the shipping industry. He graduated from University of Genova with a Master Degree in Navel Architecture and Mechanical Engineering.

Before joining Ishima Pte Ltd, Mr. Danilo worked with a number of shipping companies, including RINA classification society since 1986. He has spent 17 years in the classification society from a surveyor to Area Manager.

He was appointed as Fleet Director with Italian ship owner Augusta Due S.R.L in 2003. He joined ISHIMA Pte Ltd as Fleet Director in 2007.

Mr. Andrea Costantini
Chief Financial Officer

Andrea Costantini is a graduate of Business Administration and Business Law from Bocconi University - Italy.

Before joining ISHIMA Pte Ltd, Mr. Costantini worked with Coca Cola Company as Principal International Auditor and as Senior Auditor for KPMG S.p.A. and Arthur Andersen S.p.A. He consolidated significant experience as financial and process auditor, leading international audit and consulting projects

He joined the shipping business in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of ISHIMA Pte Ltd in Singapore.
