ISHIMA is certified by the Lloyds Register and RINA for the ISM Code. We are also accredited with an ISO 9001 certification by Lloyds Register of Shipping.

Motivating the crew on board is essential in order to ensure safety and quality prevention objectives. Therefore, briefing each member on the SQE System and the importance of carefully implementing the required procedures is carried out.

The newly employed management cadets are channelled via the head office where they are briefed.
